I am pleased to say that we are back here at Swiss Farm, Henley on Thames.

The park is a short walk (about a 10-minutes ) from the picturesque town of Henley on Thames with its fine shops and famous Royal Regatta course.  Local shops and supermarkets are located in Henley-on-Thames. 

​

Things happening over the Easter Rally. 

We hope to be ordering in Hot Cross Buns from a local bakery as we did on our last visit and maybe a visit from the Easter Bunny if he isn't too busy.  Easter bonnet competition, maybe for those of you who like to bake how about an Easter cake competition? hopefully some games, quizzes, you know all the usual things.

The only thing I am keeping my fingers crossed for is dry, sunny weather but I cannot guarantee it.

Around and About 

Henley-on-Thames is a perfect location to be based if you wish to visit Windsor Castle  

or Legoland, both being about a 30-minute drive away. If you wish to visit a National  

Trust property nearby you have Greys Court or you may be tempted to visit the local  

winery and brewery. Maybe bring your bike and cycle in the Chiltern Hills, or hire a  

canoe for a paddle or you could take a leisurely river cruise on the Thames, or you can just stay on site and relax.

The site offers a restaurant/café/bar and a shop selling local produce and freshly baked  

goods.

Route: Leave the M4 at junction 8/9 and join the A404(M), leave the A404(M) at the third exit onto A4130, follow the A4130 into Henley, Turn right at town centre traffic lights and follow the signs to Marlow. The site is just past the Rugby club on the left hand side. Look for EDCC signs as this directs you to the rally field and NOT Swiss Farm Touring and Camping.
