Subject - Weymouth Carnival Holiday Rally

Welcome to this level site on the playing fields overlooking Portland Harbour.  You will probably catch a glimpse of the many sailboarders & yachts preparing for the Olympics in the safe haven of the harbour.  Chesil beach is a short distance away for the fishermen.  There are local shops, take away, restaurants & hostelry at the end of the road.  The bus stop to Weymouth or Portland is also just at the end of the road.  Weymouth has a great deal to offer all tastes, the beach, Nothe Fort & gardens, The Time Walk, Sea Life Centre, Brewers Quay, numerous hostelries to name but a few.  Dorchester, Bridport and Abbotsbury with it’s tropical gardens are a short drive away.

Rally Commences: 12.00 Noon

Route - From Dorchester take the A354 to Weymouth.  At Manor roundabout follow the A354 SP Portland.  At Fords Corner roundabout turn left SP Portland.  Site within a few yards on the left.  Follow EDCC Signs.
