RALLY No xx Sunday 13th August- Friday 18th August 2023

The Whistle Inn - Blaenavon

The Big Pit Mining Museum

Whistle Inn, Blaenavon, South Wales  (The “Big Pit”)   Feel free to explore Welsh Heritage sites and join us for the last bank holiday of the summer on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National park, the site is behind the pub, from which you can take the train (maybe a steam train) on the Heritage railway to the town where you will find the “Big Pit” National Coal Museum, Iron works, Heritage centre, and

Rhymney brewery.

There are a number of lakes to stop at and watch the wildlife, also the Brecon canal is a short drive away. On the nearby Industrial Estate there is a caravan shop that sells new & used parts. The pub is good value with great home cooked food & a selection of beers, ciders and spirits. So join us for a relaxing weekend in the Welsh Mountains.
