Welcome to this lovely site at Bushes Farm. Syd and I are not planning on putting lots of events on during the week but we will of course have the occasional get together in the evenings or maybe we can gather to watch the beautiful sunsets which the site is known for.

 The town of Blandford is very close with a variety of shops for you to peruse. There are 3 supermarkets, the closest being Lidl, Tesco is at the bottom of the by-pass, and Morrisons can be found in the centre of the town. 

​

Shaftesbury is approx. a 20-minute drive away where you can walk Gold Hill (well some of you may) with its cobbled road. 

​

Head towards Gillingham (A30) and you will find a lovely farm shop called The Udder Farm Shop where you can use the restaurant as well as looking around the farm shop. 

A little further on and you will be in Sherborne with its beautiful Abbey.

This is a lovely Commercial site with a rally field. A two minute drive takes you to the nearest supermarket and the historical town of Blandford. Poole and Bournemouth are about 20 minutes away and Salisbury is 30 minutes. The famous Gold Hill (Hovis ad) is only 10 minutes away. There are many walks from the site and maps are available. There are many good eating places nearby, including The Anvil Inn in Pimperne, the White Horse in Stourpaine.

Route:    From A350 Blandford, take Higher Shaftsbury road, signposted Melbury Abbas/Sunrise Business Park. Follow the road for about 1 mile to cross roads. Turn Left and site on right in about 100 yards. Look for EDCC signs. Please drive slowly to the rally field because the driveway through the site passes by riding school stables.
