RALLY NO 2. Friday 17th March - Monday 20th March 2023
Lydford-on-Fosse (Somerton) - Cross Keys Inn
St Patricks Day
The Cross Keys Inn is an old stone pub with a rustic interior, plus classic grub and real ales. We will be rallying again in the pub’s own level secluded site, with limited hard standing and shower and toilet block. Most pitches have EHU which will be allocated in order of bookings.
On Friday evening the pub will be having a live band to celebrate St. Patrick’s day. This is open to the public but we are always made welcome.
On Saturday, early evening, we are, as in previous years, planning to eat in the function room, for the pub’s lovely meals, but due to the possible large numbers it will need to be pre booked a week prior to the rally, so if you would like to join us for dinner please let us know upon booking with an email address so we can send a menu and confirm the cost nearer the time.
After dinner there will be entertainment in the function room organised by your rally officers.
On Sunday we still have the use of the function room so for those staying until Monday we will have a relaxed social in the evening.
The site is 25mins drive to Clarks Village and Glastonbury Tor. Fleet Air Arm Museum and Haynes Motor Museum are approx. 12 mins drive away.
Please be aware that the pitches are mostly grass and if the ground is wet we would ask that on arrival you do not enter the rally field until you are asked to by the rally officers.
