Around and About

​

Henley-on-Thames is a perfect location to be based if you wish to visit Windsor Castle or Legoland, both being about a 30 minute drive away. If you wish to visit a National Trust property nearby you have Greys Court or you may be tempted to visit the local winery and brewery.

​

For those who wish some exercise then a stroll along the Thames footpath or hire a canoe for a paddle or you could take a leisurely river cruise on the Thames.

​

The site offers a restaurant/café/bar and a shop selling local produce and freshly baked goods.  Local shops and supermarkets are located in Henley-on-Thames which is about a 10 minute walk.​

Route: Leave the M4 at junction 8/9 and join the A404(M), leave the A404(M) at the third exit onto A4130, follow the A4130 into Henley, Turn right at town centre traffic lights and follow the signs to Marlow. The site is just past the Rugby club on the left hand side. Look for EDCC signs as this directs you to the rally field and NOT Swiss Farm Touring and Camping.

THE ENTRANCE IS VERY TIGHT , SO PLEASE ONLY APPROACH FROM HENLEY-ON-THAMES
